C. Morgan Chiropractic Health Care Center is a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, AmeriChoice, Mail Handlers, AmeriHealth, Aetna, AARP, CIGNA, Constitutional, Medicare, Medicaid, Guardian, IAA, and many other insurance plans.

GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE PLANS
Our mission is to make your visit as hassle free as possible. We verify your coverage and co-pays while treatment is being administered. Any questions concerning your coverage will be answered at any time. We will bill your insurance carrier directly and you will be notified of any denials, co-pays, co-insurances or deductibles. If for any reason your insurance carrier does not pay your claim within 90 days of treatment, you will then be notified for assistance in payment or informed of your financial responsibility.

PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE
Due to various reasons, many individuals do not have health insurance coverage. Because of this, our office provides discount coupons and various payment plans to reduce or limit any hardship on the individual. We care first about your health. We can and will also accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover cards, and all other major credit cards for payment.

ON THE JOB INJURIES{WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION}
Any injury sustained at work normally is covered by your employer’s Worker’s Compensation policy and does not require you to pay any out-of-pocket expenses, once all state mandated requirements are met. If by chance your job does not carry worker’s compensation insurance, we will gladly treat your injury and delay our treatment fees until settlement or judgment is made. Please be advised that the patient maintains the ultimate financial responsibility for treatment provided by our facility.
 

MEDICARE/MEDICAID
We gladly accept assignments from Medicare and Medicaid. Unfortunately, Medicare pays only for Chiropractic Manipulations (at an 80% mandated fee schedule), and if care requires any other treatment, such as massages, ultra sounds, x-rays, etc., you may be required to pay directly for all uncovered treatment. Our office will complete and file all needed forms for Medicare charges.

SECONDARY INSURANCE
We will gladly submit any uncovered charges to any and all secondary insurance carriers. We must be notified of all medical coverage on your initial visit in order that we can limit the financial responsibility of the patient.
